- Apply an ice pack to the treatment area within the first 24 hours.
- Massage the treatment area at least twice a day for two weeks.
He advises that you don’t:
- Sunbathe or expose yourself to high levels of UV rays for 10 days.
- Apply skincare products, including moisturiser and make-up for 24 hours.
- Take part in any strenuous exercise for 5-7 days.
