He advises that you:

• Apply an ice pack to the treatment area within the first 24 hours.
• Massage the treatment area at least twice a day for two weeks.

He advises that you don’t:

• Sunbathe or expose yourself to high levels of UV rays for 10 days.
• Apply skincare products, including moisturiser and make-up for 24 hours.
• Take part in any strenuous exercise for 5-7 days.
